Artist credit is required for public display of the commissioned image.

Publicly-displayed commissioned work cannot be altered. Any revisions the client desires after approval of the final product should be discussed with the artist.

All prices are listed in USD. Payment will be taken upfront via PayPal invoice OR through VGen.

Refunds will only be issued if the artist cannot complete the commissioned piece, OR if the commission is cancelled before any work has been done.

The item being sold is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.

The artist holds the rights to distribute and use the commissioned image (i.e., for promotional or portfolio purposes), unless the client has paid for their commission to be private.

The client is permitted to display and use the commissioned image for personal/non-commercial purposes only.

None of the artist's works, including commissioned pieces, are to be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes non-fungible token (NFT) minting and selling, any cryptocurrency transactions and any future ventures involving blockchain-related technology.

None of the artist's works, including commissioned pieces, are to be used in training artificial intelligence (AI) technology or used in any AI-generated products.

Failure to follow these terms of service will result in termination of business partnership and partial refund if applicable, and blacklisting from future commission work.

If work is time-sensitive or has a hard deadline, a rush fee of 50% of the base price may be applied.

Private commissions will incur a fee of 25% of the base price.

Complicated designs and major alterations after the sketch preview phase may incur additional fees at the artists' discretion.

At each preview stage, two revisions are allowed. Excessive amount of revision requests may incur additional fees at the artists' discretion.

The client will submit a form with the commission request. The artist will send an invoice upon accepting a request.

The artist will provide the client with a sketch preview of the commissioned piece. Any alterations to pose, expression or details may be requested. Clients are allowed two revisions before fees are incurred.

To expedite the process, the artist will not provide the client with a preview at the base colour stage unless requested.

The artist will provide the client with a preview of the final commissioned piece. Minor alterations (i.e., small details, minor hue shifts) may be requested. Clients are allowed two revisions before fees are incurred.

Once final approval is granted, the commission is marked as finished and a final .PNG file will be delivered to the client via e-mail.
